Galleria Skyline Drastically Changing w/ 43-Story Mixed-use Tower

A 43-story mixed-use project planned for Houston’s Galleria area is about to change it’s skyline drastically.

DeisoMoss, Houston real estate firm, will break ground next year on a residential, retail and office tower at 2120 Post Oak Blvd. It will be located in the Uptown area about half mile away from the Galleria mall.

Recently securing $26.1 million in pre-development financing for the 551,905 square-foot project, DeisoMoss has been eyeing this site for over two years. An entity tied to DeisoMoss scooped up the 2-acre site for an undisclosed price in November from an entity tied to Loews Corporation, the multi-billion dollar conglomerate owned by Tisch family of New York, according to Harris County deed records.
